Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or “EULA”) are a binding agreement between you and Township Collective, Inc. (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Keeping Well app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Keeping Well.
1. The license we grant you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Keeping Well on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Keeping Well, and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, captions, and comments you share (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the service, namely to show it to the people you have approved. We don’t use Your Content for advertising, and we don’t claim ownership of it.
4. Acceptable use & zero tolerance for objectionable content
Keeping Well has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.You agree not to post or do anything that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, violent, or that infringes others’ rights or privacy, and not to impersonate others or attempt to access the service in unauthorized ways.
By using Keeping Well you also agree that:
- You can report objectionable content or people, and block users, directly in the app.
- We review reports and act within 24 hours, removing content and ejecting users who violate these Terms.
- We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Viewing and commenting are free. Posting photos requires an auto-renewable subscription of $1.99 per month, billed to your Apple ID through the App Store. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple account’s subscription settings; payment, refunds, and renewals are handled by Apple under its terms.
6. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account). Deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, comments, and connections.
7. Privacy
Your use of Keeping Well is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Keeping Well is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Keeping Well.
10. Apple-required terms
This EULA is between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the latter governs the minimum terms.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in the app, and continued use means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
